Anthony "Tony" Thomas Hallesy

Anthony "Tony" Thomas Hallesy, 66, of Sault Ste. Marie, Michigan passed away Sunday morning, March 5, 2017 at War Memorial Hospital.

Tony was born July 28, 1950 in Sault Ste. Marie, Michigan to the late Gordon ""Dutch"" and Marie (Pingatore) Hallesy. He graduated from Sault High School with the class of 1968. He was a member of United Brotherhood of Carpenters Local #202. He worked as a carpenter and as a bartender at Allen's Gin Mill. Tony enjoyed hunting, fishing, and cutting firewood.

Tony married Loretta Allen on July 14, 1984 at the First United Presbyterian Church in Sault Ste. Marie, Michigan.
He is survived by his wife, Loretta Hallesy; five children: Rebecca Hallesy of Sault Ste. Marie, MI, Nathan (Sabrina) Hallesy of Texas, Sara (Paris) Billot of New Mexico, Scott Karpinski of Michigan, and Anthony Karpinski of Michigan; and three grandchildren: Brody, Alice, Landon, and one on the way.

According to Tony's wishes, no public services will be held. In lieu of flowers memorials may be left to the American Kidney Foundation. Arrangements are being handled by C.S. Mulder Funeral Home and Cremation Services.

Randall James White

Randall James White of Riverside Drive in Sault Ste. Marie, Michigan passed away on Tuesday, March 7, 2017 at his home. Randall was born June 17,1952 in Indiana, the son of Maurice and Cecelia White.

He enjoyed riding his motorcycle, gardening, watching sports and FOX News, camping and spending time with his family.

He is survived by his loving partner Kathy Flagel; sons Michael (Lynda) White; Joshua (Misty) White; and Preston (Rachel) White; daughter Alyssia White Teeple; sisters Gina White, Mary (Larry) Perron, Kathy (Bill) Smith and Theresa White; brother Mark (Fran) White; grandchildren Amber, Andrew, Jennifer, Ethan, Chloe, Caden and Noah; great grandchildren Ava and Sean; also survived by several nieces and nephews.

Visitation will be held 2 to 4 p.m. Friday, March 10, 2017 at Clark Bailey Newhouse Funeral Home. Funeral Services will be held 4 p.m. Friday, March 10, 2017 at Clark Bailey Newhouse Funeral Home with Deacon Bill Piche officiating.
