Linda Petkus Croad of Grand Rapids, Michigan passed away February 3, 2017 at home with her family. Linda was born in Sault Ste. Marie, Michigan on March 30, 1963.

Linda is survived by her daughter Kasie Croad, grandson Xavien Croad, son Nathan Croad of Grand Rapids. Sister Tammy Petkus Kamprath {Paul} of Grayling, Michigan, mother Irene Mongene, half brother Dan Mongene {Maria} of Dafter, Michigan, half sisters Tina Wurster {Dennis}, Judy Mongene of Kincheloe, Michigan. She is survived by many cousins, nieces and nephews.

She is preceded in death by her husband Neil Croad, son Nicholas Croad and father David Petkus.
There will be a memorial service held at Rudyard Bible Church on Saturday, March 25, 2017 at 11 a.m. with pastor Nate Beery officiating.

Memorials may be given to the family.

Ryan Scott Haws of Brimley passed away at War Memorial Hospital on Feb. 16, 2017 surrounded by his family and friends.

Scott was a veteran of the U.S. Army who loved the outdoors, riding his bike, and camping and hunting. He was a repairman of many trades, but loved working with wood. Scott was a family man and enjoyed making sure everyone had a great time.

Surviving Scott are his sister Cindy (Alan) Mihaljevic, daughters Candy Macias, Tanya, and Nancy Haws, son Ryan (Amber) Haws, a special niece Justine (Robert), and many grandchildren, great grandchildren, along with great nieces, nephews, and cousins.

Scott was preceded in death by his parents Norman and Dorothy Haws, the love of his life Barbara and Roxanne, nephews Jason Richardson, and Jarrod Mihaljevic.

Burial will be in the family plot in Illinois at a later date. Arrangements are in the care of Hovie Funeral Home.
